Shipping policy
We manage orders in two basic steps: fulfillment and shipping. During fulfillment phase, we carefully prepare your order and package for shipping. All orders are typically processed between 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). At this stage, you will receive an e-mail, confirming your order is fulfilled. After we've fulfilled your order, we pass your package to our delivery provider in order to initiate shipping phase. Shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Extraordinary situations and high volume of orders may affect our processing times. We always do our best to resolve any issues causing potential delays so you can receive your order as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: Please check and make sure you entered your address correctly. If delivery addresses are not exactly correct, or have missing details, Royal Mail will not deliver your order. Parfumeria will not accept any responsibility for packages not delivered due to issues relating to the incorrect provision of the address details. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email may include a number, but this is just a reference number, not a tracking number. We use this reference number in case the order goes missing so Royal Mail can check it for us. Essentially, we can't track it but Royal Mail can. However, we provide an actual tracking number that you can track your parcel if your order is above £50.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@parfumeria.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or wrong in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@parfumeria.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
