We use pictures of actual perfume bottles as the main product image so you can easily browse our collection and quickly recognise the perfume you're looking for. In order to manage customer expectations, we have a disclaimer on all product pages to make you aware that you would receive perfume samples in a plastic bottle, not in a miniature glass bottle similar to the original bottle. These plastic atomisers are the standard across all perfume sample websites in the UK.

The miniature bottles are rarely manufactured by the actual brands, so it is very hard to find them. That’s why all perfume sample websites sell the same plastic bottles. Therefore, you will always receive a plastic bottle whichever perfume sample website you order your perfume sample from.

We only dispatch orders above £30 with Royal Mail Tracked, so please check if the shipping code you received starts with "YA". If it starts with "YA", this means you can track every step of your order.

If your order is below £30, your code usually start with numbers instead of "YA". This number is a reference code which we won't be able to track on our side until it's delivered. The reference code can be only tracked by Royal Mail in case the parcel gets lost during transit.

Please allow at least 10 days before contacting us if you haven't received your order. We do our best to fulfill and dispatch your order as soon as possible, but sometimes it may take longer than usual for Royal Mail to process and deliver orders, especially during busy periods, sever weather conditions and strikes.

We only sell original perfumes purchased from well-known retailers. We don't sell copycat or imitation fragrances. If you have any doubts about the genuinity of your perfume, we would be happy to share the bottle batch number or the purchase receipt from retailer to prove it is original.
